Project Description
This facility comprises a total of 400,000 sq. ft. gross
construction area. It consists of two office towers of
7 stories and 5 stories respectively and connected by
a 60 ft. wide link structure. The ground floor consists
of 116,000 sq. ft. area and is designed as a village
atmosphere to house all corporate functions; such as
Auditorium, data centre, record storage and cafeteria.
MGT Steel supplied and installed approximately 2,700 tons
of structural steel on this project during the summer
of 2004.
